void accept(A a, B b, C c, D d, E e) invokes void $accept(A a, B b, C c, D d, E e) and throws anything thrown by void $accept(A a, B b, C c, D d, E e).

General example using java.lang.Runnable that reduces 11 lines to a single line. Call someMethodThatThrowsException in throwsNothing:

Method public static <A, B, C, D, E> UPentaConsumer<A, B, C, D, E> asUPentaConsumer(UPentaConsumer<A, B, C, D, E> t) provides a convenience method for manufacturing types as an alternative to casting.
